Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Juliet 1496 are individually produced after the order has been received by our print-on-demand partner. Production generally begins within 1–2 business days after receipt of the order. Once your product has been made, it will be shipped directly to the delivery address you provided.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: The following delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product, season (e.g. public holidays) and shipping provider.

Germany & EU: approx. 3–6 business days, plus production time
Switzerland & United Kingdom: approx. 6–8 business days, plus production time
USA & Canada: approx. 6–8 business days, plus production time
Worldwide: up to 12 business days, plus production time

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee per order and delivery address:

€4.95 shipping within Germany and the EU
Free shipping within Germany and the EU on orders of €50.00 or more
€9.95 worldwide shipping
Free worldwide shipping on orders of €150.00 or more

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts have been deducted and exclude gift cards, where applicable.

The applicable shipping costs or free-shipping eligibility will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link where one is provided by the shipping carrier.

Partial Deliveries

Depending on the product and availability, our products may be produced by different print partners. As a result, your order may be delivered in multiple parcels. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Customs Duties and Import Fees for Deliveries Outside the EU

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are imposed by the relevant local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Undeliverable Shipments and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered completely and correctly. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing address details or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping may incur additional costs.
